The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. "This is the second time I have bed. Here. We love it. Although there are massive renovations this did not spoil our stay, and when they are finished it will be outstanding. All staff are superb and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. "

"Great option in Hurghada Near the option and city centre It is not a very new hotel but it has been undergoing small improvements. All the areas and room are always clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and we can find a lot of pools inside the complex. The dining options seem to be way better than the average. The alcohol options are not at the same level as in other countries but still good. Although we could find a lot of strange people reserving sunbeds when they wake up (and don't show up for hours) we never had problems finding sunbeds - this politic shoud be reviewed by the hotels by the way."
