"We had all that we needed and good help from the host when needed. Good communication and prompt responses to questions. House has all you need down to toiletries in the showers to k-cups for coffee. Even had some paper plates and cups when we were there. Only drawback for us was the stairs. We had several older adults with us and the stairs were steep and slightly uneven with a low ceiling. Hand rails were there and necessary but it was a little bit risky for several of our family members. "

"This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind."

"This place is amazing for a large family getaway! Pet friendly and kid friendly. There isn’t too much around the area, but having access to a pool, the boats and canoes, fishing/crabbing supplies, and the large living area made this perfect for our trip. "The room did not have a ERV like most hotels have nowadays so the CO2 exceeded 800ppm while sleeping with 1 person in the room. Opening the window of course fixes that but could be an issue when cold outside. Fixing the distorted TV was accomplished from the side buttons for proper zoom aspect ratio since the remote was incompatible with ratio settings. Best regards Mark"
