"Great property for a small group or family. One QB and two singles with a close walk to Smiths Beach (also ideal for kids) and the coffee shop. Only 10 minutes to the Penguin Parade. Would definitely recommend and am likely to return for a longer stay."

"Clean , excellent location. Owner is friendly .Some fly screens would be good so fresh air can get in without the mozzies and wifi and TV Antenna could do with a bit of a boost but not unmanageable.Very pleasant stay overall. Would book again."

"Been our regular destination for over 5 years our kids have grown up holidaying with their friends at smiths beach and love this house. We feel right at home and the dog loves lounging around the deck and big secure back yard . Big part of how we reset for the year ahead. Easy house to keep clean has everything you need beds are comfy great air con. Neighbours are great and give us a warm welcome every year.. Caroline is great to deal with as well very responsive. "

"The property is a tired beach house with enough bedroom accommodation for 6 adults and 5 children (5-16 yrs) However the kitchen is tiny, with very limited cooking facilities of 1990. Preparing & cooking a meal for busy youngsters was near impossible. Thankfully there is a functioning barbecue. The family spaces are small and difficult when the weather turned cold and rainy. Overall, adequate accommodation in good weather, but did not live up to the hype of the advertised facilities."

"We had 2 weeks at this marvellous property. The house was spotless and had every amenity required. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive into Cowes. Our host was very warm and welcoming. We’re definitely going back later in the year."
