「Love the location which is just a 10 to 15 min walk with luggage from the train station. The water bus stop is a few steps from the hotel door.」

「This is one of the best place we visited to Italy, we just had one night but due to very convenient location, we could really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was clean, very approachable owner/staff members! We highly recommend San Vio Palace if you are staying in venice for a short trip.」

「I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was described as is in the listing and the location was perfect! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough! We didn’t use the kitchen but it looks very well equipped. The wine glasses did come in handy though! Costante was absolutely wonderful in his communication and went above and beyond accommodating us. I’d give more stars if I could! We will definitely stay here again should we make it back to Venice. Highly recommend!!」

「Sejour parfait」

「This is a lovely apartment in Venice. It is difficult to get to by water taxi so be prepared to lug your suitcases on cobblestone roads for a couple blocks to get there. It is also at least a 30 minute walk to the main attractions of St Marks, and the Realto Bridge. 」

「Place as advertised. Cosy, clean and very well located as a base to explore Venice. Loved the close proximity to the supermarket at a one minute walk. Would return and highly recommend.」

「they place was huge alot of rooms 6 bedrooms and we were a family of 5, and it had 2 washrooms, only problem with the place no ac, one room had ac good so we all kinda slept in there, other area's were way to hot and even it rained on our trip and was cool outside but the inside was terrible, also we had 5 suitcases and omg it was a pain walking up those stairs, i wish they had an elevator its a must in europe if you have lots of luggage, but even walking up with the heat in the building its...

「The apartment was located in a beautiful, cozy and convenient location. Inside the apartment was well decorated in a Venetian style and we all loved it. I would definitely like to come back here soon again.」
