"A perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle - got slightly lost finding apartment as the restaurant next to appartment has changed name to fushion puppa. Get service organising water taxi home. Loved the appartment basic but with everything you needed. Perfect quiet spot away from the main attractions- we have a fantastic time - thankyou"

"Great location 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge and about 10 from St Marks Square. Took the water ferry from the airport to Fondamente Nove leaving us with just a 7 minute walk to the apt where we met Zelina who gave us all the info we needed for the apt and the area. Apartment is small for 3 people but it had everything we needed for our stay. It is so central you don't need to use the water buses which are very expensive. "The property was great—well-equipped, amazing location. It was easy to walk to any attractions we wanted, and there’s a market ( floating!) on your doorstep with bakery and grocery just around the corner. Irene was very helpful—we appreciated being able to leave our bags on our last day after checkout. Thanks!"

"Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place."
