Slayton Arboretum

The Siren Hotel is my second home when I visit my hometown Detroit. Their guest service from check-in, dining at the Ash Bar, and cocktails at Candy Bar was excellent. Ivory always greets meet with a warm “Welcome Back” and deets on what’s new. Alejandro at the Ash Bar gave great insight on cocktail crafts while I dined and sipped! Looking forward to my next stay!

Although my initial encounter with front staff was less than average (3 staff members present and no one acknowledged me for several minutes. Also requested a call when room was ready but never got call and upon return to check in several staff standing around doing nothing that couldve called), the room was exceptional with lots of space and a great view. Pleasantly suprised about complimentary breakfast. Apparently the complimentary breakfast is random so dont expect it. The front desk employee at check out (i believe Brittany) was outstanding. She remained courteous and pleasant when presented with multiple tasks and people checking out all at once. She communicated well to smooth the process for everyone and was even able to answer calls while assisting patrons as the desk.
