"The check-in process was quick and friendly, and we were informed that the property was smoke free and pet free. However, when we opened the door to our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I attempted to use the room phone to call the front desk about the smell, but the phone did not work, so we had to take our belongings and go back down to the front desk to ask for a different room.
