「The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The beachfront was nice but rocky so bring water shoes. The pool is fantastic. Restaurant offered decent selection and the bar had a good selection too. 」

「The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. 」

「Hotel consigliabile per chi cerca relax」

「宿泊施設の性格上、長期滞在者が多いようで、特にドイツ語圏の方が多かったです。レストランで朝食を摂っていると「ここはドイツか？」と思うくらいドイツ語が耳に入ってきました。レストランで受付兼ウェイトレスをされているおばちゃんが「カリメーラ（おはよう）」とにこやかに挨拶してくださるのが非常に心地よかったです。クレタ島を後にする朝には「今日は最終日ね」と英語で寂しそうに声をかけて下さったときには、こちらも少し寂しく感じました。本当に朝食の時にしか会わなかったのですが・・・。ホテルのロケーションも繁華街（？）から少し離れていて静かでよかったです。海水浴シーズンからは少しずれていたので遊泳はしませんでしたが、海水浴場も目と鼻の先なので海水浴シーズンに訪れるとにぎやかなのもしれません。」

「こちらに4泊しました。到着した日スタッフが暖かく歓迎してくれ、部屋からビーチも見え、すごいいい部屋でした。部屋は掃除が行き届いており新しく広さも2人で泊まるには十分な広さです。朝食も軽食でしたがよかったです。」

「fan in the room did not work, despite notifying staff (it was not a very hot period though) foul odour from the drain pipe, they fixed it after a few days and in fairness fixed that sooner than I got to complain about it overall wear-and-tear of furniture and surfaces like in 3-star hotel breakfast like in 3-star hotel (no good dried sausage slices or cheeses, no juices) family complained that pool is not heated - it was the temperature for serious swimming, not casual splashing」

「Vi hadde rom i kjelleren. Svalt og fint, med egen terrasse ut mot hagen. Tilgang til tørkestativ så man kunne henge opp våte håndduker og badeklær ute. Aircondition på rommet - som riktig nok ikke var så enkel å forstå seg på da det alltid ble iskaldt på morgenen uansett hvilken temperatur vi hadde. God frokost for både store og små. Veldig hyggelig personale på hotellet. Rent og ryddig på fellesområdene og vaskerne var innom hver dag i ukedagene. Alltid ledig solseng ved hotellets basseng....
