"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "Unser dritter Aufenthalt in der Villa Maria war wieder sehr angenehm. Ein perfekter, erholsamer Rückzugsort im Zentrum Kufsteins. "

"Viele Zimmer, eine großer, sehr gemütlicher Gastraum, ein weiterer Aufenthaltsraum (Konferenzraum), eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete, geräumige Küche, eine super Lage und ein umsichtiger, überaus zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Was will man mehr? Wir (Familie mit 20 Personen zwischen 6 Monaten und 89 Jahren) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Und dass man kein oder nur ein schlechtes Nest hat war gut!"

"Hotel end of checking in time is 6pm. We were late on our way there because unexpected snow on mountains mid September. We called owner, she left our room key and instruction at reception, and we checked in without any issues. The breakfast has good choice. The stuff was very friendly and helpful."

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."
