"Fantastic stay for my 3 days. Plenty of parking and a very pleasant walk into the town, although it is around 30 minutes away. Easy access to the St Pieters train station. Excellent sized rooms, comfortable and clean."

"This place is brand new, super clean and nice. Right out of the St Pieter station (we went to Brussels and Bruges easily as side trips) and 15 minutes from a tram that would take you to the main touristic places. I would use this hotel again."

"We had an excellent stay for two nights in a room of four. Great staff, great area, very easy to walk to everywhere. Good underground parking lot at less than five minute walk for 15 euros. Only downside for us is that the walls seem pretty thin so we could hear outside noise when there was some. To be expected in an old building. All in all, we had a very nice time in Ghent it is a great city."

"My stay was very good. The location was excellent. They have nice lockers for luggage storage. The people working the front desk are congenial and friendly. The rooms are quite comfortable, just like the pictures, and quiet. The only criticism I would have is that the hallways are rather creepy."

"Smart and quite trendy renovation of old monastery. There was a cold tap alongside my wash basin but no hot tap. Very odd - perhaps a legacy from monastic times ! Ha ha. I was on first floor and never did find the toilet so I always have to go downstair to the first floor to the toilet. Perhaps there was hot water and a first floor toilet but never found them. "

"The hotel's greatest plus is it's location, right next to the cathedral. We were a group of 8, in 4 twin rooms and it served our needs perfectly. We opted for breakfast in the second morning which was value for money, with some hot options as well as cold."

"Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof was a wonderful option for our stay in Ghent. Close to the major sights in Ghent, including Gravenstein and St Bavo Cathedral (with the incredible Van Eyck alterpiece - don't miss it), the staff was very helpful. "We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of interesting traditional furniture and artefacts in the hotel. Room was large with a modern bathroom. "
