This new ski condo also makes the perfect home base for year-round recreation due to its convenient location close to the Dillon Reservoir, hiking trails, mountain biking, and fly fishing. The condo features inviting, alpine-inspired decor and all-new furnishings for complete modern comfort. The full kitchen is equipped to easily prepare anything from slopeside snacks to home-cooked meals. A fireplace, a smart TV, and an updated sofa are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. The private balcony enjoying sunny afternoons or a steamy cup of morning coffee.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is room for one vehicle to park in the garage and one outside of the garage.
County permit number: BCA-72469.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
