"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"The owners are nice and welcoming and the pool is very nice. They use their son and/or Google translate for interacting with non-Italian speakers. The place is generally quiet expect after sunset when people play paddle ball in the adjacent courts. There are three ACs, one in each bedroom. There is an additional room that functions as kitchen, dinning room, and general seating area, and which has no AC. "We stayed for 9 nights at the end of July 2024 and had a lovely time. The accommodation is great and large enough for a family of 9 (teens +). The host is brilliant and personally met us despite arriving at midnight. A car is needed to get to any amenities, but within a few minutes drive there are plenty of restaurants and the beaches are fabulous. Recommend a visit and boat trip from Cefalu."

"Chiara is an exceptional host, easy to contact and had lots of great tips on where to go. You do need a car to visit all the wonderful towns and beaches nearby. I wish we had stayed longer as we couldn’t fit everything into one week. We particularly liked Noto, Ragusa and Marina Di Ragusa for the beach. The nearest town Sciciliis a fantastic place to eat in the evening as it is only a 12 minute drive and has so many good restaurants. The pool is really a plunge pool but good enough for cooling...

"Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....
