However, if we had known that the cabin was 2 km away from the hotel, we probably would not have stayed. I booked it because of its proximity to echo land. "Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. "

"We highly recommend the Hakuba Landmark Happo Lodge. Our hosts we extremely welcoming and helpful during or stay. The rooms were generous in size, the breakfasts western style - every variety of eggs that you could think of, and the lodge is easy walking distance to the ski lift at Happo One or the shuttle service to other resorts."
