"Overall it was good. Location was perfect, right in the heart of town. Bedroom sizes were accurate and heating was great.Only negative is there is no dishwasher and most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean when we arrived so I had to hand wash everything prior to using it.Elisa was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had."

"Room was warm and comparable, last time we stayed we complained as it was freezing, but gave it another chance. Slept well, breakfast was very good. "The grounds are stunningly picturesque. Staff are so kind, friendly and attentive to every need. The decor and style are very warm and welcoming. Such a lovely, clean and comfortable bed room, with everything you could need. Delicious breakfast buffet. My kid loved the pool, thoughtfully provided poolside towels. We really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. To be honest I can’t fault it."
