"The amenities and front desk service make this hotel. The public bath, sauna, free snacks, coffee/tea etc. The front desk helped (often in English) with taxis, directions, recommendations and luggage forwarding to another hotel. The room was very small, but manageable."

"This property is right by a large shopping area filled with dining areas and shops making it a good location for visitors. We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for foreigners and they also offer free breakfast from 6-9am. "

"Very cute rooms, the beds were private and spacious, bedding was very warm and comfortable (slept amazingly). I didn't get back in time for dinner but the udon for breakfast on the first morning was fantastic and I was serenaded by a lovely man playing Ghibli music and the beatles on a ukulele as I ate my cheesy bread on the second morning. "It's a pretty new hotel, right next to the JR Clement Hotel (Clement and Clement Inn are two different hotel buildings). Ita narrow shape is very recognizable once you stepped out of theTakamatsu Station. There are some shopping and food options right at the station, plus there are plenty of eateries and restaurants around the area. There is a 7-Eleven at the ground floor. A short 10-15 min walk or a couple of bus stations away you will find a few shopping streets and they are all in pretty good...
