The upstairs screened porch was also without furniture and dirty so was also unusable. The appliances are dated but do work. The drawers and pantry are messy...

"First the positives; the property is on Lake Wilson with two docks (but no boat ramp). There was plenty of room for our group which consisted of six men all over 60. The property has a beautiful view and we enjoyed being close to Muscle Shoals. We were able to tie our boat to the dock and fished from the dock and on the boat. "Had a great experience. The tub had been refinished and I did not have the issues some of the other reviews mentioned. Was able to walk to downtown locations. Additional plus the unit I stayed in had a desk not shown in the pictures which made working during the day easier. I found the locks to work just fine, but the outer door lock did take a couple of trys to get the timing for tumbler engagement right."

"Quiet and peaceful and a nice central location for us. We were there for 11 days for a softball tournament and just about anywhere we needed to go was no more than 10-15 minutes away. It’s right on the river with a balcony over the water. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and informative when I had questions about where to find things around town. Will definitely stay again if we are back down that way."
