There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. "My friends and I had the absolute best time staying at this place! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing. The house was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing and such a huge perk. A few of my friends went fishing in the pond on the property and one even caught a 14 inch bass. No complaints overall - everything was amazing! Would love to stay here again in the future :)."

"We had a wonderful Christmas at the farmhouse! With the snowy landscape, it was magical, beautiful. The house is so charming, and the host had decorated it for Christmas. I expected it to be very cold as the temps were in the low teens, but the owner had taken extra steps to keep us warm. "We loved the decor. We spent a lot of time looking at the pictures and the second floor activity room. Unfortunately, some of the castle was closed because it's winter and there was a lot of ice. The room was clean. It had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room was extremely warm and I didn't know how to put the air-conditioner on, so we had trouble sleeping. They had a restaurant and bar, but it was closed. We ended up walking to a local bar, Shorty's Southside, where we had dinner...
