"We loved our 4-night stay at this elegant boutique hotel with friendly service. The room as promised was quite large, but what the photos don’t capture is the impressive scale: soaring 12’ ceilings, high end finishes and 9’ doors lend a sense of grandeur. There was a dressing area with two closets, and the big bathroom had an enormous shower with two rainfall shower heads, and separate toilet. The Molton Brown full-sized toiletries were very nice. "Pleasantly surprised, the room was small And clean with a very comfy bed. friendly staff, good breakfast option at a reasonable price. Best thing is the unbeatable location, also a cafeteria La Rollerie right next door was a hit. Walking distance to La gran via, puerta del sol and el prado. Will come back. "

"Clean, modern interior with a charming historical facade. Great location right next to an entrance of Retiro Park. Noise insulating balcony doors/windows are nice, though with the balcony closed the room does get stuffy. "

"The hotel was gorgeous. Sites within walking distance. I must say the 3 gentleman that attended the hotel entrance were so pleasant and helpful. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the rooftop pool area but it got chilly. "

"Great service, decent breakfast, amazing location. One elevator was broken which slowed us down a little but the place was great. The view from the balcony was amazing, the AC worked, the kettle worked. Would absolutely stay there again. "
