"When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. "The property itself was good for us. Easy communication should there be a need to. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely a good one for a group of 5 pax. It's may be not a 5-star, trendy hotel/room but it fulfills the basic needs. "
