"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. "The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless."
