"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"

"The property was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The communication with the host was wonderful! Prompt responses even as late as 11pm. We had a hard time using the key, but we got that figured out. There was music playing and loud voices in one of the apartments from 3pm until 9pm, but it was very quiet through the night after that.the location is great. Very easy walk to the sights.
