"On the day we booked the hotel, the reception had been closed since the afternoon. We went to the hotel to check in in the evening, but we couldn’t enter. We became panicky. Then I found the hotel had emailed me about it and left the code for the entrance etc. you don’t usually imagine that the reception is closed, so I didn’t check the email from the hotel before arrived there…The hotel explained that this sort of thing doesn’t happen usually. The rest everything else’s was good!"

"The hotel is in very good condition, the parking is large and free. If you don't arrive by car, keep in mind that there is nothing in the surroundings. When we went, the restaurant was closed and we couldn't eat there either. The staff was very friendly but it is too far from everything."

The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. "Excellent property, room as pictured and delicious breakfast. However, if you're unlucky like me you may be given a room that's not in the main building.That means you'll have to walk outside to an alleyway, up some stairs and the same to enter the main part of the hotel. That part was inconvenient enough with suitcases that I'd rethink staying there in the future. "

Great trendy hotel with amazing staff.

"A few days away for my husbands birthday surprise. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a better room with a partial lake view and a bath. The only slight issue was the bath side was extremely high, fine for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would have been a problem stepping in and out of the bath. The room was very comfortable & trendy. The staff were polite & efficient. When we had a slight issue with our room not being cleaned one day, we were immediately offered a drink in the bar while it was being cleaned. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was far too expensive for what was on offer. We did enjoy the Valentines dinner - the food was amazing, the service great. Shame there weren't more guests in there for the atmosphere. All in all a good hotel that we've already recommended. "
