"The property is very beautiful - it‘s a real palace. However it‘s pretty far from most of the attractions and the closest subway Station is about 10 minutes walk. In the room there is an air conditioner but you can not control the temperature - as I was told by the receptionist it‘s central air conditioner for the whole wing and they can’t change temperature - so couple of evenings I found myself getting really cold with about 20 degrees in the room and tons of clothes to keep myself warm after...

"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel.
