The security is high and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. The restaurant serves delicious food and is a crowd pleaser. "I was here for my stay in April, loved it so much, that I returned for my November trip. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff are all friendly, on point, and make you feel at home! I love that they updated their food menu, along with other things. Located in such a convenient area of Seminyak, there are many places nearby that you could walk to, such as restaurants, cafés, etc."

"We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant. We had a pool swim up room. I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in. Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way. "
