"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. Opening car park gate is a pain as you need to physically get out the car to unlock it with a key. Would be better...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus war sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Netterweise stand frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Küche und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber sonst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl"

"Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. But honestly, the location made up for it."

"Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."

"As with our last time, we had a great time. We know the area better and we were able to fully relax. Trying to look at dates for our next visit. Claire is a great host and can’t speak highly enough of the Property Manager Francesco."

"Everything about our stay was a dream come true. The villa is private with amazing views. The pool was perfect, a bit cold but we were there in Sept. all recommendations (restaurants, boat tours, grocery store) Cinzia suggested were wonderful. They make their own olive oil which was out of this world. Thank you for such a perfect holiday. "

"The lady who liaises with you only speaks Italian, so we used Google translate without any problem! We hired a car and that was such a good idea for the holiday. There is not a beach at the bottom of the road but a jetty and the sea. The nearest beach was a 7 minute drive away. The pool was salt water not chlorine, which again, no problem! Its a very friendly little complex and the neighbours were so friendly. They all have dogs so there is often alot of background noise. Thank you for a lovely...

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Simply the most gorgeous view to wake up to every morning. The house is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has all the basics you need. "Excellent service at this stylish and elegant hotel centrally located in Cagliari. Very comfortable and firm bed. Breakfast buffet is nice with variety, would be better if some more salad is available. It’s the second time of my stay and still find it highly recommendable."

"This hotel deserves a 5 star. The staff made us feel at home with their professionalism and warm hospitality. They go above and beyond for their guest. The breakfast was delicious, rooms are immaculately clean, we stayed at the junior suite and we had our own jacuzzi. This is the place to relax, and you can hear the waves crashing from the balcony. Amazing ocean views. We will definitely come back and will recommend this Hotel to our friends and family. "
