Great place to stay in Sedona
Clean and comfortable with great mountain views! Walking distance to a lovely trail that leads to other trails. Quick drive to downtown Sedona. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again

This casita was wonderful! It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Unbeknownst to us Thanksgiving week is the busiest time of the year there, but we were able to find some not so busy hiking areas. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! Only two small complaints. When’s we arrived we had to leave the windows open because of the cooking smell. It was a little strong, but aired out pretty quickly. The front door key pad was a little difficult to use, but we managed! We would definitely stay again!

Great view
Nice and clean with great view. Very small, but good location. I would not call this area walkable. Lots of traffic and extremely dark at night. The darkness did give great star watching.

Sedona Stay
Great place to stay to access Sedona and iOS outdoors. Restaurants walkable, some trails very nearby and all easily accessible by car from location. Home is well kitted out for two people and has everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Perfect little oasis!
I think my favorite part of this property was the privacy. There are neighboring homes, but its nestled in the middle of a small quiet community. It was exactly as pictured and the host was communicative without being overbearing like most Air B&B hosts may be. We hadnt met, byt they were just a text away. 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect for a solo traveler!
I stayed here for 2 nights when I was in Sedona to photograph a wedding. It was a perfect little spot for me - I didn’t cook or anything but the mini fridge and kitchenette was handy for what I needed. It was also a fabulous location for me! The wedding I photographed was at Tlaquepaque which was just a quick drive away. Nice little place for 1 or 2 guests!

Sedona studio stay
The studio was very clean and this was pleasant. We were surprised to find that the carport didn’t have access to park in as pictured. We were also surprised that this unit was in a neighborhood as there were pictures of a wooded area with a stream in the pictures of the unit. At the time of the stay there were internet issues that was not the owners fault, but was disappointing. Communication from the owner by email was prompt and much appreciated. Location close to main road 98A which was an easy access point.

Great little casita
I enjoyed staying here. I even ended up arriving in Sedona earlier than anticipated, and I was able to check in early. This place was in a great location, had everything I needed and was super clean. I would definitely come back and stay again.

I loved the cabin feel and the way the house felt inside. I liked the pathways in the yard with the doo-dads. I loved being so close to the hiking trail. It was so easy to get to the rest of Sedona but this place felt "off-the-grid" in a very good way.

Casita in beautiful Sedona
This is an updated casita near Uptown Sedona. It was as advertised and perfect for a couple ready to take in all the beauty of Sedona. We were there to hike and enjoy the area. And we sure did!

Perfect little cabin for our 5 night stay amongst the red rocks. Rainy and cold but the cabin was great! Tv and internet service were sparse. Could use a few more dishes for eating, otherwise everything was great!!

Wonderful Sedona bungalow
The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk out the door to Brewer's trail, which goes up to Airport mesa. Everything else is just a short drive away. I would definitely look to stay here again next time I'm in Sedona.

Close to multiple attractions
This property has a great view of the mountains in Sedona and the neighborhood is very peaceful. It's about a 16 minute walk to Talaquepaque shopping center and very close driving range to all food in Sedona. The house was exactly as advertised.

Totally ZEN perfection
What a beautiful, cozy, totally zen like place. Everything I needed in this quaint little space. Would have loved to spend all day around the property and hiking trails. Wish I had reason to be in Sedona several times a year. I'll definitely book this place again when I'm in the area.

Liked: Listing accuracy
Great location!
Overall the property was good. I loved the location most. There are a few things that would have made the stay better: the pictured pink chairs in the front of the property (they were missing), a safer walkway, better bed pillows, and a better keypad. Also the listing said 2 bathrooms??? There was only one (with no exhaust fan). But these are relatively minor and I would stay again.

Very enjoyable stay
We loved the location, the casita was cute and perfect for our needs. So quiet and a quick walk to Boynton trailhead. We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are also no chairs out front and if you have any type of mobility issues, getting into the casita the 'bridge' was a little wobbly. Again, very minor, and we enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Great location, great views, great for 2 people
For the price this place was wonderful. We were there for 7 nights. The location was very central and the views from it were great. We mostly wanted a centrally-located place to sleep and cook and this place checked all the boxes. Bed was very comfortable for two. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dining chairs were wobbly but held up. The only furniture were the dining chairs and one upholstered chair - a small sofa would've been nice but not a big deal. At night this place is absolutely silent except for the pinging of the electric heaters (it was Jan). Highly recommended.

Sedona Mountain bike trip
Loved our stay here the place was all we needed for 2 people , great location if you like to be out of the busy main area but close enough to walk to everything except groceries if you want to walk but awesome hiking and biking trails 200 ft from your door. Just be aware there is no laundry facility in the unit if you plan on staying a week as we did , other than that we would book again.

Super Relaxing
I stayed her in January 2023 for a solo getawaay. This property is everything it was listed to be! It is clean, relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood, but super close to downtown. The view of the mountains at sunrise from the kitchen window was breathtaking :) There are several local day hikes in the area. Everything I needed was in a 5 mile radius. I had a few questions while there, and Maryanne responded to my texts within an hour. Great, relaxing vacation!
