"The property is tired, and where they seem to be replacing the beds, to be perfectly honest the entire place needs renovating, from rooms to food offerings. The rooms are incredibly noisy, I could hear a gentleman’s entire conversation on his phone next door, the bedroom doors are also incredibly thin and locked with a key (not auto lock), and the flooring is cheap laminate. "The hotel was absolutely gorgeous like it was quiet staff was super friendly and it was tucked away in a bit quieter area I was super impressed by the breakfast, gotta have the breakfast! A bit sad we didn’t get to try the wellness area which looked grandiose I would most definitely recommend and stay again! Good job villa kastania 😊 "

Holiday Inn - the niu, Dwarf Berlin Schöneberg

"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room and amenities were more than adequate. Very nice breakfast. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. There was a safe in the room, but no mini frig which would have been nice. The wifi was generally good, but the signal dropped or slowed at times. "

"We loved our stay in this charming modern property. The list of positives; room had AC as it was hot during our stay. Appreciated the daily small bottles of complimentary water! Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water purified. Credit option at the bar or restaurant for not changing the linens everyday. Small inconvenience -The restaurant and bar did not stay open late. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay! "
