"There were no glasses if you wanted some wine in your room. We were only given 1 small bottle of water between two people per day. And there was no creamer or milk for the instant coffee. "A lovely property with a great pool - ideal for a big group with kids. Even before finalising our booking Craig was extremely quick to respond to queries and provided loads of info. "We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came...

"Realy enjoyed my stay, although I feel it's more like 2.5 stars. Excellent location, plenty of dining options in a very close proximity, helpful staff, very clean rooms, secure gated parking, great breakfast options. If the hotel added the laundry room to the facilities, it would be golden. "

"This hotel is right in theiddle of the old city centre so you can walk every where. We had a corner room with a sitting area, comfortable bed and two large windows that we opened for views and a wonderful breeze way through our room. No need for air conditioning! The staff was wonderful and welcoming, the hotel is charming, the breakfast was a little lacking. We came down at 9:00, breakfast is served until 10:00, and all the tables were occupied or dirty and breakfast items were no restocked so choices were limited. Besides breakfast, everything was wonderful!! "
