"from the very beginning on booking this chalet, the owner was immediately in touch with us giving full information on directions to the chalet and information regarding the chalet...incredibly helpful and clear and concise. It was a beautiful chalet set by the loch and was remote but also within 20 minutes of Fort William. The owner greeted us at the entrance, showed us everything. we knew he was there to help but never intrusive. Loved the three days there and absolutely would go back and...

Holiday home Breakish -Scotland
3.0 star property
2.0 out of 10, (1)
"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

DAVIOT LUXURY GLAMPING PODS,<br>INVERNESS
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"Stayed 2 nights at the glamping pods with my 2 adult daughters and we loved the pod and the gorgeous views from the wonderful location. The hosts were very nice and helpful with any requests. The app recommended by host didn’t work for us but our rental car GPS got us there. Also, would have liked to have the host’s phone number sooner as internet access was unreliable while traveling. Fortunately the family in the other pod called host to let them know that we had arrived. Overall, a wonderful...

"Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Macdonald Spey Valley Resort
3.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (170)
"Love Aviemore so booked the Spey valley lodges. The lodges are starting to look quite run down, especially the outside with peeling paint. The inside is a little dated but was clean enough. One of the single beds had no bottom sheet on it and a dead spider lying between blanket.Obviously this bed was not made up fresh. Check in is 5pm and checkout was 10am I find this utterly ridiculous. I did enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar. Staff were nice. I would come again but not at the prices they...
