"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. "

Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. "This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...
