"Hotel is conveniently located next to Shibuya train station, Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Hachi statue, convenient stores, restaurants, and Mark City building with many food and confectionary vendors. Lots of bento box meals Staff (fluent English) are super friendly and helpful. At least one or two staff stand in front of registration area waiting to assist hotel guests. If you need a taxi, they'll arrange one for you, wait is less than 10 minutes. They even escort you to the pick up area. You'll really enjoy the convenient location. Hard to beat. "
