"Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy. "

"Hotel was about 15 minute walk from station. Check in ladies were very friendly. We had room 516. Was very roomy with a couch. Bathroom was a wet room with separate toilet. King size bed was comfy. Breakfast was a Choice of 4 hot cooked meals and the rest was buffet style with lots of the extras fresh fruit etc.."

"We travel with two kids. Staff are nice, room and amenities are good. Room is spacious. Foot steps for drug stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed here for the third time, and this time we stayed for 5 nights. Just like home in Nagoya for our family."

"Walkable from Nagoya train station, though due to ongoing construction, some sections are a bit bumpy. The hotel is very nice, and I would give it 4.5 starts if that was an option. The only negative is that it feels a bit impersonal, and it seems mostly oriented towards business travelers."
