"Rooms were clean and updated. Walls are thin so we could here everyone! Pool and hot tub were nice. Had to walk to clubhose to use but just across the parking lot. Definitely will recommend. "

"Although it was a brief stay, everything about the room was in good working order. I was surprised it was not busier for a Saturday night but most likely not the ideal time to be touring for most people prior to the snow-sports and after fall colors. The property was easy to find and I appreciated a simple key versus electronic swipe cards so I could leave door unlocked for loading/unloading. "Cute ski Chalet. I stayed on a off night when the ski sloped were closed, but ski run to the lifts are right out the door. Some vintage, some modern amenities. Good sized rooms, hot shower, scenic views. I hope to visit again. "

"If you’ve stayed at AmericInns before, this one is pretty much like the others. Beautiful view of LakeSuperior and the shoreline is right out the door! There’s also a small water park attached but they are in the process of taking out the slides and it was only open on weekends. The property is located on the edge of town, but dining is just a short drive away. Check out BlackCat coffee and Ashland BakingCompany for goodies in town!"

"easy access, quick check in the only negative is that the room i was in was near a smoking area or a room that allowed smoking and it seeped in to my room making it hard to breath and burning the eyes. the no smoking policy needs to be more strongly enforced"
