Garden Level of Grand Savannah Home

Ground level apartment in a grand historic home on famous Gaston Street. Right at the top of Forsyth Park. Gated front courtyard perfect for cocktails.

This garden apartment is 1300 square feet! It has a private kitchen, large living room with pullout sofa, and a bedroom with new King size bed and a wicker daybed.



Parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Meters are free nights and weekends in this part of Downtown. Meters must be paid during the day on weekdays and can be paid via Park Savannah app or with a 'Visitors Parking Day Pass' available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. Check with the City of Savannah Parking Services for pricing on the Day Pass. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan.

Within one block there is non-metered parking for those who prefer not to buy the pass. Shared laundry is available for your convenience right outside your back door in the owner's utility room.

Great property in the Perfect Location
This is a large, comfortable apartment in an incredible location. It is less than half a block from Forsyth Park and within easy walking distance of other attractions and restaurants. We were concerned about parking but were able to get a space in front of the house every time we used our car. The parking is metered but you can get a guest pass that allows you to park at any meter. We will definitely return.

Great location!
This was a great place for my partner and me to stay for a long weekend! We found non-metered parking and were able to leave the car there the whole time because we were only about a 20 minute walk from all of the restaurants and food. Extremely close to Forsyth park and just a beautiful location overall. The rooms and bathroom felt clean and comfy.

This property has a ton of history and charm and is within steps of beautiful Foryseth Park. Check-in and out was a very smooth process. My only complaint is the overwhelming musty smell and the very old unusable furniture. We spent most of our stay in the bedroom as that is the only room with natural light.

We enjoyed the opportunity to stay in this lovely location. It was in the heart of Savannah, with walking opportunities to various historic sites. The place was well outfitted. The entry instructions on VRBO didn’t download to my phone so I had to call the host to get it. She was very responsive and helpful.
