「First when getting there somebody was there who wasnt part of our party that i immediately contacted the host about. I was never replied to about it until i figured out who it was later. I was not informed that somebody who was the property manager would be there. There were eletrical issues that affected the master bedroom that were being taken care of. 「Our trip was a last minute decision and I did not want a hotel/condo. I didn’t even have a destination other than east coast! This was perfect! Not a massive amount of tourist, privacy, it was great! The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Could not have asked for more!」

「The home is elegant. It faces the river/mainland with water views from every room. It's a split-level featuring a dramatic entry leading up to the living/dininig areas and down to a fully-equipped party room with two of the three bedrooms and massive projection TV. Out back is an inground pool, tanning beds and a private boat dock (rented separately). The home is beautifully furnished but (in my opinion) isn't set up to accomodate small children or rowdy teenagers. There's a instruction booklet...
