After arriving, the room was not ready and we had to wait.The $50 deposit they kept, no room damage. A camp site would be cleaner and more reliable.

When it snows the parking lot or driving lane is not cleared. There were a lot of deep ruts last time I stayed there. Some vehicles got stuck in said ruts. Otherwise, very pleasant place to stay.

It might have been the noisiest room I’ve stayed in. Right at the end of the hallway by the elevators. Automatic door, not working to the front lobby. Parking lot not properly cleared of snow.

I was not treated well at all. Booked on line ahead of tie. Arrived and managed on shift was rude. Argumentative. Not helpful. Did not want to accept my credit card , the exact card that I used 2Nights earlier at same hotel. Did not want to give me a refund I stayed here 2 nights earlier. Service and staff were exceptionally good. I sr Yay in a hotel 5-7 nights each week. There are several hotels in this immediate area to choose from. I will not be staying at this hotel again only because of this horrible treatment Service is a priority. I travel across the entire country and have hotels in every city. Never have I had such horrible service. Especially coming from the manager on shift. Not acceptable

The parking lot was very dangerous to walk through. An attempt to sand/salt should have been done. I am aware it is winter conditions but I’ve never seen a parking lot that bad. Otherwise, everything else was excellent

I realize it’s winter, but the parking lot should be cleared of snow prior to the deep freeze. A lot of ice and conditions at the time I was there were satisfactory in the parking lot.
