Two complaints the main being I was given faulty key cards 5 times between 2 rooms. Which meant I had to walk back to desk that many times. Eventually I was let into my room by desk clerk master card. But I still didn't have working card, so I had to be let in each time I left my room. The just as I was falling asleep I was woken by maintenance with a card and it worked. Ya so now I thought I could sleep uninterrupted. Boy was I wrong, an hour and 20 minutes later after falling asleep for 10 minutes tops I was woken by a desk person with another card to try. After telling them I received one the worked by maintenance. So now I couldn't get any sleep the whole time I was there. When checking out they asked how my stay was, I asked to speak with manager and they informed me they weren't available. So I replayed my night for them and said that the least they could do was get me a credit for a night, I didn't ask for a refund just a one nite credit to use at a later day. I waited the rest of the day and all the next to hear from management about my complaint and nothing. So I'm not wanting any longer to review my stay. It's not a dive and staff was courteous it's the management that my issues are with. So if you plan on staying here I hope you don't need management for any reason because their managers don't really manage.
