"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. "Didn’t receive check in guideline until we called to ask, no toothpaste, didn’t know there was hot spring pre-poured on the bathtub and we thought it was dirty water so we are so regret to drained them all out, the hotel would at least put a notice in the bathroom"

There's also a bus station with a direct airport limousine service, which makes traveling very convenient. "Right along the main high street for accessing the shopping district. Was really cool seeing the car park handler having a flip board to help speed up the process communication process. The hotel does have a form for suitcase shipping between hotels if you ask for a Yamato shipping form and helped me fill out the form with shipping my suitcase back to Tokyo. My friends with me during the stay also highly rated the cleaning service that's down the street as well."

The Royal Park Canvas – Sapporo Odori Park

"The royal park hotel has great vibes and cozy rooms. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with luggage storage ahead of check-in and mailing our luggage to another hotel at check-out. Location is very convenient, right next to TV tower, Odori station (three subway lines) and busses. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"Love this hotel, it is reasonably priced but the quality and service exceeded all my expectations. There is an entrance to the underground tunnel network linking to metro and JR. The club lounge is as good as what a 5-star hotel may offer, breakfast is of decent quality. Most importantly, the room is of good size by Japan standards, it is comfortable and clean. This will be the only hotel I will stay if I return to Sapporo!"
