Esperava mais, tivemos problemas no banheiro por 3 vezes. O sofá cama não é tão confortável para dormir, era melhor que tivesse cama de solteiro como em vários outros hotéis que já fui. A limpeza das camareiras era bem precária, ficava sujo, arrumavam de qualquer jeito. Não trocava a toalha de rosto suja. O que salvou foram as piscinas e a recreação.

Foi boa. Gostamos muito das piscinas. Todas aquecidas. O quarto em si achei pequeno e preferia que tivessem camas para acomodar 4 pessoas. Tinha uma cama de casal e um sofá cama. A limpeza do quarto era um pouco duvidosa. Muitas formigas por todos os cantos e até uma aranha no quarto. Achei as refeições um tanto caras! Principalmente para as crianças que comem super pouco. As lojas e restaurantes e quiosques dentro do hotel foi uma facilidade! Gostei muito!

Nota 5 pelas experiências do quarto
Fizemos a reserva onde estava especificado a cama king no quarto. Ao chegar no hotel, a cama nao era king e a atendente informou que no anúncio deveria estar errado. Enfim, nao resolveram e ficamos no quarto que nos ofereceram no check in. Percebemos também que o ar condicionado da sala nao estava funcionando. Avisamos na recepcao e prontamente foram tentar resolver. O ar condicionado funcionou mas depois de 2 dias não estava mais gelando. Para não perder tempo e nao estressar, desencanamos disso. Banheiro com chuveiro elétrico. Não gostamos. Solicitamos limpeza do quarto e quando retornamos do parque, não limparam. Tivemos que insistir para fazerem a limpeza. No geral, gostamos da estrutura do hotel. Piscinas boas, acesso vip para o parque... Infelizmente, não tivemos boas experiências com o quarto.

O hotel é muito bom. Você tem acesso direto ao Parque Thermas dos Laranjais. Café da manhã maravilhoso, quanto amplo e confortável. Só peca pela limpeza, o corredor estava bem sujo. Ficamos no 12° Torre A. Cheguei filmar a sujeira só não anexei, porque não está abrindo. Achei estranho um hotel daquela categoria com aquela sujeira. Atendimento muito bom.

Já é minha terceira vez neste hotel e nesta última estada notei que muita coisa mudou. Há cobrança pelas toalhas de piscina, os restaurantes não são mais de franquias conhecidas e nao há mais o benefício de entrada antecipada no Parque. O chuveiro do apto que fiquei era elétrico é horrível! Ainda assim vale a pena ficar lá pela comodidade de estar ao lado do Thermas dos Laranjais, somente por isso.

O hotel é muito espaçoso, cheio de atrações e recreações. O buffet e os restaurantes sao deliciosos. O que deixa a desejar é a limpeza do quarto, que eles limpam e continua sujo. E solicitamos uma manta para dormir e não levaram para nós. Solicitamos mais de uma vez. O sofa cama também, não é confortável como o de outros hotéis. No mais, o hotel é uma delicia, com muitas piscinas e atividades.
