A estadia foi muito boa!!! Um hotel com característica antiga, porém bem conservada !!! Só tivemos problema no estacionamento!!! Pagamos estacionamento para pernoite! Porém fomos surpreendido na devolução do carro dia seguinte o banco estava totalmente molhado!!! Eles não tiveram nem o cuidado de checar se o carro estava trancado!! Infelizmente não indico, pois não deve mínimo cuidado com hóspede!!!

Não gostei do atendimento da equipe. Fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com, mesmo com a reseva em mãos contendo todos os dados, o funcionário demorou a fazer o check-in, com um "ar" de desconfiado inclusive. O quarto em si é espaçoso, cama confortável, mobília é antiga, mas tudo funcionando. Banheiro espaçoso, cama confortável, só achei péssimo o ar condicionado instalado próximo a cama, mesmo direcionando o vento fica muito frio. O café da manhã é bem servido. No check-out outra surpresa desagradável, depois de me perguntar se eu havia consumido no frigobar, disse que sim e paguei o que era devido. Aí, o funcionário me perguntou como faria o pagamento da estadia, sendo que eu já havia pelo site, achei bem constrangedor, além do mais tudo fica registrado na reserva. Não houve nem um pedido de desculpas. Aí a cereja do bolo foi na saída, chovia torrencialmente, eu havia estacionado o carro do outro lado da rua, com mala na mão, perguntei ao manobrista se ele poderia me emprestar o guarda-chuvas para eu ir até o carro, ele respondeu que "não estava autorizado a emprestar (!), eu deveria perguntar na recepção".
