"The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries),...

"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. "The house was full of character with a big, beautiful garden that Sol and Luis are very proud of. Sol was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and where to watch the Euro 2024 final in Santander. Luis and Sol live nearby but were very discreet. them often."

"Herwann is a very nice host, the location and the layout of the house are great. Unfortunately, a few things are getting on in years and need a refurbishment. and the cleanliness was also a bit lacking, we found stains on the bedding and blankets. Also the lanai was basically unusable as it was completely filthy. This was a great pity, as the location and layout of the accommodation are perfect. and: there were obviously mothballs in the bedrooms and wardrobes which gave off a really unpleasant...

"I can’t say enough the hotel is beautiful. The area is beautiful nine minutes till one of the most beautiful beaches and Broad walks. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cooks. Too the housekeeping I enjoyed my stay immensely."

Amazing stay in an amazing room

"Beautiful and elegant hotel. The room with a balcony (Room 315) overlooking the sea was wonderful. Very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The linens were high quality. Lovely furnishings throughout the room and hotel. Large bathroom with a very nice shower. Parking on site was an appreciated feature as well. Highly recommended and would happily stay again. "
