El condominio cuenta con tres piscinas, dos de adultos y 1 de niños. Además, también cuenta con gimnasio y jacuzzi. Es ideal debido a su ibicación junto al centro comercial Zazué, donde podrás hacer tus comprar e incluso llevar el carrito de mercado al edificio.
Se debe pagar una manilla de 37.500 COP por persona en efectivo en la recepción a la llegada.

The apartment is located in the Bello Horizonte sector, where the Irotama and Zuana hotels are located; close to the international airport. The location is ideal in the area, as it is next to the Zazué shopping center, where you will find a Carulla supermarket, Crepes & Waffles, Juan Valdez, ATMs and more.

Getting Around:
The apartment has its own parking at no additional cost and being next to the shopping center is ideal for transportation by bus or cab.

Other Things to Note:
-Al llegar a registrarse el Condominio cobra un brazalete por persona de $ 37.500 para el uso de las áreas comunes.
-Los días Martes las piscinas están en mantenimiento.
-El acceso al centro comercial desde el edificio tiene horario hasta las 10 pm.
-El alojamiento se encuentra bien ubicado, con salida a la playa por la calle de Bello Horizonte.
