Detached house with pool - 1 minute walk to the beach

Beautifully furnished house with a lot of space in which several families can fill up well. , A total of 350 m2 house and 650 m2 garden with pool are at your disposal to enjoy your vacation to the fullest without any restrictions. On the upper floor there is on one side 2 bedrooms with double beds one with bathroom with shower and one with bathroom en suite, open kitchen with living-dining room, everything with its own entrance door and not connected to the ground floor inside. On the other hand, there is also a stand-alone apartment with a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room-kitchen as well as its own entrance door.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. A large living room-dining room with an open new kitchen complete the lower area. On the first floor you have a 100 m2 sun terrace with a large shade sail overlooking the garden and the pool. On the ground floor there is also a 60 m2 sun terrace around the pool area with automatic sun sails. BBQ station and spacious garden with children's swing, slide and soccer goal for the big and small children and pool with diving board.

Ibiza half marathon weekend

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful time at this lovely villa. It was such a shame we were only there for a long weekend - would love to come back for a proper holiday. The hosts were most welcoming and helped us out considerably by allowing an early check in and late check out. The breakfasts we got from the local supermarket were incredible!

Family Vacation
Wonderful villa, and we were pleased to find everything was as advertised. It was very handy having a well stocked shop and restaurant so close by, the food at the restaurant was delicious! The beach is a short walk away along a beautiful promenade, with a good choice of places to stop for food and drinks. Taxi to Ibiza Old Town was around €20, to San Antonio area around €35/€40. This is a villa for a quieter stay (in the evenings) due to being a residential area. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and we would happily visit again!

Fabulous Villa for a birthday celebration
We were a group of 9and the Villa was ideal for us. The villa is very spacious plenty communal areas , great facilities as described on the rental listing and very clean. Garden is very well maintained so lovely for sitting outside. The host Sigrid, was very helpful, both before and during our stay and always quick to respond and answer any questions. The location of the villa is great for the beach, restaurants and shops. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would certainly visit again

Excellent Property and Host
The property is great and really comfortable. Very large and spacious and the images don't do it justice. Facilities are excellent as are the outdoor amenities an pool. It is very well located on a nice more secluded and lovely side of the island with easy access to the beach, restaurant shops and other amenities. Sigrid was an excellent host. Very relaxed, accomodating and communicative. She was very responsive to our requests and questions and went beyond what would be expected. Can't reccomend highly enough.

Perfect spot for a chilled group holiday
Fantastic villa with three separate accommodations in the complex that was perfect for a group of 10 adult friends. The pool is bigger than the photos look, plenty of places to relax & chill, space for 2 cars if you have. Siesta is an ideal location for a more chilled holiday but with easy bus access to airport & Ibiza Town (or taxi to San Antoni for €40-45), plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. Recommend the bakery the lovely host family also own on the same street. Would definitely visit again! Thanks for a great stay for my 40th celebrations.

Very spacious, suitable for different families , very clean and had everything we needed , hosts were very friendly and accommodating with 2 small children , outside space brilliant, grass area for children to play on and good size pool with Graduated steps perfect for small children , my 2 year grandson loved it keeps asking to go back to nannies villa I wish !!! Excellent location , cafe , shop , bakery next door and a lovely restaurant the village , a small but lovely beach 5 min walk and you can even walk into Santa Eulalia town by going over the bridge , would definitely return x

Wonderful Family Getaway in Ibiza Villa We had an incredible time during our recent stay at the villa in Ibiza. As a large family, the spacious accommodations were perfect for us. The highlight for our children was undoubtedly the pool, where they spent countless hours of splashing! The villa was not only clean but also impressively well-equipped, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its convenient location close to supermarkets, beautiful beaches, and a variety of restaurants made our exploration of the area hassle-free and delightful. One surprise was the nearby bakery which supplied us with delicious croissants daily – a small pleasure that added to the overall charm of our holiday. We must also mention our gratitude towards the host, Sigrid, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit this villa again in the future, as the memories we created there are sure to stay with us. Estancia perfecta.
La casa está muy bien, tiene absolutamente de todo, espacioso, limpio, jacuzzi espectacular, la piscina muy bien. La playa de Santa Eulalia está a unos 12' andando. Además, los propietarios han estado de 10 así que sin duda, es una casa para recomendar 100%.

MAGNIFIQUE
Superbe séjour. A recommander vivement car la maison est extrêmement grande : la maison en bas et accès à 2 appartements très grands à l'étage. On est presque au delà des 350 mètres carrés de l'annonce. Nombreuses chambres avec très bonne literie. très grande terrasse en haut et en bas. Jaccuzi à disposition. Très grande cuisine très bien aménagé. 3 parkings devant la maison. Rue peu passante donc très calme Plage à 5 mins à pieds. Très très bien situés à proximité des restaurants et supermarchés. Très très bon contacts avec la propriétaire qui nous a attendu malgré 1 retard d'avion. Accueil très chaleureux en français. Très arrangeante sur tous les points. Logement très propre.Piscine agréable au milieu d'un très beau jardin entretenue. Barbecue à gaz (Weber) à disposition.... Que dire de plus que c'était formidable et à recommander

Van A bis Z Top. Vermieterin war sehr nett. Auch als es Probleme mit den Nachbarn gab ( Musik war zu laut ) war die Vermieterin immer Fair und freundlich zu uns. Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und es ist alles vorhanden.

Ibiza Girls Trip
Great place for a group of friends in a good location within an easy taxi from Ibiza town but out of the madness. The house itself was perfect for entertaining or a day by the pool and had everything we needed. Sigrid was an amazing host, so lovely and welcoming!!

Good location
The Villa location was really good and a short walk along the seafront to the centre of Santa Eualia. Alexander the host was extremely helpful and assisted with any issues we had during our stay. All bedrooms have air conditioning, however, the living area doesn’t have this and got extremely hot at times, especially with a young baby. Overall I was happy with my stay and feel you could stay here without a car and I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect stay at this beautiful Villa
The villa was much bigger and much nicer than the photos. We were a group of 7 over 50's on a hen weekend. 3 of us stayed in the lower part of the house and there is a separate annex upstairs with a large hottub on the upper floor. The pool is lovely, the gardens and plants and trees beautifully laid out. 30 seconds walk to a local bakery & shop for daily croissants, coffee and supplies. Reasonably priced also. 5 mins walk to the local beach and restaurants and 15 mins lovely walk along the promenade to Santa Eulalia with a lovely marina, bars and market stalls. Alexandra very accommodating. Couldn't have had a better experience and definitely returning one day.
