1 Small or medium size non shedding dog please, No puppies please.

Private twin home, only one of 6 in the small, gated community of Sand Point. All of the homes in this community have beautiful views of our surrounding red rocks. This particular home also has the largest yard of our 2 bedroom twin homes. It is partially fenced. Spend your downtime on the covered outdoor patio watching on array of wildlife including, roadrunners, quail, lizards and rabbits, among many other desert creatures.

Stay in Sand Point at Entrada, the most beautiful Country Club community in Southern Utah. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool & spa serving only 20 homes. Our homes are professionally decorated and we take pride in keeping them immaculate condition.

The Master Bedroom is very large with 2 closets a king size bed with high quality bed linens, walk out patio, TV and large master bathroom attached. The large master bath has 2 sinks & a large walk in shower. The toilet is separated. Our guest bedroom is large with a queen size bed and a walk out patio access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, The beautiful, large living/dining area has a gas fireplace and a walk out patio.

The large kitchen has slate flooring with granite counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking item you could need. All you need is your food. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer connected to the kitchen and an iron & ironing board are provided. There is an attached 2 car garage.

Perfect getaway
This unit was double booked but the host reached out immediately on booking to get us into another. This gated row of units is fantastic! Very clean, well furnished and quiet. Beautiful backyard area, not fenced, with some cute little visitors (quail, rabbits, roadrunners, and lizards) so keep in mind if you are bringing a dog you'll need a leash and to keep an eye out for the critters. Really nice place. The only thing we had any negative comment on was the primary bedroom mattress. It's extremely soft and you definitely sink in when laying down.

Nice property, not high end
We are really picky so take this with a grain of salt—.The property is Clean but not high end. We ended up buying our own sheets for bed as linens were tacky. Left early as not as nice as I expected. Clean but not pristine.

The condo and yard were absolutely beautiful and the location was ideal for our hiking and golfing activities. One of the highlights was the outdoor Tuacahn theater which is nearby. Lem was very helpful with all aspects of the booking process. We highly recommend this property.

This place was great! The furnishings were incredible. The pool was nice. We rented bikes and rode on the trails nearby, which was really fun and relaxing. The location is great. It feels very secluded but is still close to downtown.

The condo was very nice, extremely clean, and well appointed. Management was very responsive to needs for bikes and show tickets. Beds were comfortable. It is next to a very busy road and had to drive to the pool across it. Noise was not too bad from traffic inside but dinner on patio needs to be later to miss sound of constant traffic. Small yard was nice. The furniture in LR is beginning to get worn but not too bad yet.

This was a great location. Red rock outside the window and lava rock around the yard. The house was very comfortable. Felt like a home rather than a hotel room... like the owners had just stepped away for the afternoon.

We stayed in Unit #1 in Sand Point in the Entrada area. It is a small gated area outside of the main Entrada gated development. This is such a beautiful area...our favorite...with the red rock mountains and the biking and hiking trails nearby.. We have stayed either at Sand Point or Lava Falls across the street on several occasions over the years. Unit #1 was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and welcoming. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Until you look closely, you will think the murphy bed in the living room is a piece of furniture. Even though the unit is immediately adjacent to the busy Pioneer Parkway, the privacy wall and way the unit is situated made it very private. We could hear road noise during the day, but it tapered off and was fairly quiet at night. We would stay there again.
