"The cleaning staff was amazing and the breakfast staff was lovely didnt quite like the gentleman at the bar who saw me with my luggage after checking out as i was waiting for my kids he ushered me off the chairs even though i stayed at the hotel moments before hand and even when expalining he was still ushering me away like flies . Apart from that lovely welcome and stay "

"Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service. "

"Good hotel with many facilities to enjoy, with parking option. The breakfast is good too. Only thing that I am not very happy is the shower in the single room (seems ok for double and beyond). The shower place is too small and the curtain is sticking to the body and water is leaking around. "

"Great stay and about a 10 minute walk from the beach and town square. The walls are paper thin and in close proximity, so don’t be surprised if you hear your neighbors. Not a place for kids, but great for solo travelers and couples."

"I had a nice time at this hotel, stayed only for a weekend for my mum's 60th but it was lovely. The area it's in is quite residential so be prepared for a little noise in the evenings. The breakfast is absolutely worth adding to the room if debating it. Cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, pastries, fresh fruit, cured meats and cheese, and pancakes are included and it was very filling. "What a lovely hotel!!! We stayed here recently, a small group of mums with older children & were extremely impressed… amazing staff , super friendly & helpful, rooms were immaculately clean, pool areas lovely & very well made tasty cocktails by the bar staff. Very convenient to walk to beach, supermarket & restaurants also. We will definitely be back soon ! Thank you "

"Hotel rooms are old and dated, they do not look like the images on the website. The spa is an extra €15 for 1 hour which only has a small pool, sauna and steam. The lobby and bar is nice but the pool area is tiny and ran out of loungers. Across the road is a park area full of teenagers so I woke up most nights to loud noise and shouting. Staff however were friendly but understaffed. I felt bad for them as they seemed to be doing the best they could do. "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had the family room, which was two rooms. This was great for our family of two adults and two teens. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was so cute, and it was nice to each have our own bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful. We were there on a Thursday at the end of November. "Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. The location also can make it a bit difficult to walk bach to hotel as other reviews have noted. It's not that bad and if needed you can stop to catch your breath on one of the walls. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants down in the old town area. Everything was well cared for and clean. They have an online restaurant and bar so you don't need to head down again if you want to stay there in the evening. Area seems safe and is residential so no need to worry about being out late at night. Highly recommend this modern friendly hotel!"
