With room for up to 8 guests, this charming residence divided set on two floors offers a unique opportunity so close to the sea, and yet in a quiet residential environment. Completely renovated, the property possesses a private porch with access to a communal garden, and benefits from a private terrace on the upper floor.

The property enjoys a large lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen with laundry area, 4 spacious & bright bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and the fourth with a bunk bed, plus two bathrooms and an additional lavatory.

There are also two private parking spaces at the property.

Amazing location, quiet neighborhood
This stay was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and hikes up the hills. 10-minute walk to Old Town markets. Come with your own beach gear or be ready to rent/buy from places along the beach.

Great stay in Zarautz!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. Shots were very helpful and very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again!
