They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. Right on busline to get to Ponte Vecchio and downtown. 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio & Uffizi Gallery. Nice restaurants within walking distance to avoid overpriced restaurants in heart of Florence. "Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was nice. The area (like most) was very noisy but that is to be expected & not to hotels fault. The location was great to all tourist destinations. The bus was less reliable than expected, which also was not the hotels fault. Took 3 bus times for it to come. Overall, hotel was good. "

"Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "
