"Amazing hotel and the staff were fabulous "

"Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed. "Our first time here since COVID, it was as nice as it had been previously. There had been some nice improvements in the decor and drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The only 2 observations of a negative nature, no half board allowance at the fish restaurant was a disappointment and the infrequent nature of the shuttle bus, given the fact the hotel is at the top of a hill."

"Everything went so smooth. They were able too check me in early, which after an overnight flight appreciated. Breakfast/ dinner are included and drinks are reasonably priced."

"Really pleasant stay. We booked Alma Hostel on the day was an hour's notice. Check in was less than a minute and done online. Key codes are provided within a minute of check-in. There are multiple private rooms, sizes vary. Our twin room had a small balcony. The apartment was clean, fresh smelling. There are 2 lockable toilets/bathrooms one big (2 sinks, big shower, tiolet, bidet) and one small (normal size for a small house) Didn't use the kitchen for anything more than hot water but had...

"This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities.
