"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"My stay here was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. The rooftop bar has a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a room with an attached balcony and was a beautiful view of the street. The location is great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around.
