angenehmer Aufenthalt in San Felice Circeo
Die Urlaubstage waren angenehm in der Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Einziger Nachteil war das Suchen nach einem Parkplatz für das Auto. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub, auch die Nähe zum Meer war perfekt.

Posizione ottima,a pochi passi dal mare,con accesso diretto dal viale privato. Appartamento carino e fresco, con doccia esterna molto comoda soprattutto per chi ha dei bambini. Guardino ben curato. Consigliato.

La struttura è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, pulita e confortevole. La sorpresa è stata vivere il contesto dove è inserita, un residence piccolino, ma curatissimo e vicino ad ogni comodità. Si può scegliere di lasciare l'auto oppure prenderla e in pochi minuti raggiungere belle località quali Sperlonga,Terracina,San Felice Circeo e volendo Ponza a solo un'ora di traghetto. Il proprietario Sig. Magnanelli gentile, riservato e allo stesso tempo molto ospitale. Suggerirei questa struttura a famiglie con bimbi piccoli e/o adolescenti. Grazie di tutto ! ottima vacanza
Appartamento pulito, fresco, ben arredato e ben attrezzato. Comodissima la doccia in giardino con acqua calda. La villa fa parte di un complesso di più ville con personale addetto alla pulizia e sorveglianza ed è vicina alla spiaggia attrezzata in una piccola baia con acqua bassa e pulita, vicino c'è anche uno stabilimento con un bellissimo bar, giardino, giochi per bambini e gazebo. Nelle vicinanze negozi di alimentari, pescheria, gelateria. Era la nostra prima volta a San Felice Circeo e siamo stati benissimo! Torneremo!!

Ottimo apprtamento fresco e confortevole !!!
Veramente un appartamento ideale anche per 4 persone, fresco e confortevole, vicino al mare. Positivo tutto solo qualche problema con la Tv che saltava spesso. Spero di poter ritornare in agosto 2016 !!!

Soggiorno perfetto!
Ci associamo a tutte le recensioni positive che abbiamo letto finora. Per essere stata la nostra prima esperienza di appartamento in affitto ci siamo trovati benissimo.L'appartamentino,silenzioso e sempre fresco, è dotato di ogni confort ed è a pochi passi dal mare. In spiaggia viene messo a disposizione l'ombrellone riservato.Gentilissimi i proprietari che, sapendo che avevamo un bambino di 10 mesi, ci hanno fornito un lettino da campeggio. Soggiorno perfetto! Noi torneremo sicuramente.

L'appartamento è esattame...
L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, grazioso, funzionale e fornito di tutto. Il giardino è ben curato, la mancanza di una pergola costringe però ad inseguire l'ombra nelle varie fasi della giornata. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la spiaggia, si raggiunge in meno di 5 minuti a piedi, è ampia, con sabbia molto fine, piccole baie artificiali rendono l'acqua sempre calma. Per chi ha bambini piccoli è un paradiso.

"Me and my 10 years old son had a great time at this residence. The house is very clean and comfortable.The beach is close and not crowdy. When our sun umbrella has broken, the owner solved this problem very fast. Sandro is a very attentive person. The residence is private and very close to the sea. There is no need to cross the road when going to the beach. My son could ride a bicycle by himself and go to the beach at any time alone. This place is wonderful for families with children. And Sandro is one of the best owners I've met."

Appartamento situato all'interno di un Residence privato con accesso diretto alla spiaggia.Ho trascorso 10 giorni di assoluto relax, la casa è ben arredata , molto pulita e funzionale, c'è tutto, forno, microonde,aria condizionata,lavatrice,doccia interna ed esterna,biancheria,biciclette, sdraio ed ombrelloni ha un giardino molto grazioso e ben curato adornato da bei fiori e fragoline profumate.Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e soprattutto a chi come me ha bambini piccoli data la comodissima spiaggia con fondale basso raggiungibile a piedi in pochi passi. Proprietario davvero gentile,

"Appartamentino con arredamento funzionale e luminoso all’interno di un residence privato con molti comfort (es. parcheggio sorvegliato la notte, bidoncino della spazzatura fuori dalla porta svuotato quotidianamente dal personale del residence). Grazioso e curato il piccolo giardinetto privato, prezioso e discreto, dove poter trascorrere qualche ora in tranquillo relax, o mangiare all’aperto (quasi assenti ogni tipo di insetti). Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari. Spiaggia riservata spaziosa e pulita, mai sovraffollata neppure in agosto. La si può raggiungere a piedi attraverso un accesso privato del residence, evitando la strada adiacente, piuttosto trafficata. Mancano giochi per bambini o bar nelle immediate vicinanze, ma si trova qualcosa a pochi minuti di cammino. Mini-market e gelateria a pochi passi. I sentieri per le escursioni montane e le zone da visitare non sono sempre ben pubblicizzate e indicate: informarsi bene, prima. La zona è periferica, ma a pochi Km dal centro. "

"Confermo che ci siamo trovati bene, l''accesso al Consorzio Le Vele è buono, (non sempre visibile l''insegna sopra al cancello, causa rami molto sporgenti ,soprattutto venendo da Teraccina). L''aapartamento è confortevole e ben accessoriato, comodo il piccolo prato antistante l''accesso, l''arredo è praticamente nuovo, frigorifero capiente con freezer. "The apartment was as described and is very comfortable even in winter (central heating when the main house is in use). The owner was very accommodating and speaks English well. The unit is well located both for walks on the beach as well as for visiting the surrounding area by car. The only negative were a few missing kitchen items (wine glasses for example), but the electric espresso machine was a real plus."

"The property was really nice. It's very quiet, calm and peaceful. Exactly what we need for the vacation! The instructions of the owner was clear, we found the property without problem, we were met by a person with keys, and spent a great week. It's very convenient place not only to spend time near the sea, but also to go to the mountains, Naples, Ercalano scavi, Vesuvio, Rome, Grotte di Pastena etc. We would definitely like to stay there again!"
