"There is a lot to like about the Westgate. The lobby and lounge were lovely and the front desk was accommodating. It was within walkable distance to many nice areas, although if you go in the wrong direction it feels less safe. My main complaint was with the valet service. We forgot a bag in our car and called for it in the morning to be retrieved and brought to the front desk. By mid-afternoon it had not been. The front desk then called and asked them to bring it, but no one did. Finally...
